Barb sold us 73 North street years ago, 27 to be exact. We raised our family there and later on turned it into a rental. We moved to South Carolina so needed to sell 73 North street remotely. Bard was wonderful as before 27 years ago. We are extremely happy with the results. The few snags we had were handled by The pro that Barb is. Thank you to Berkshire Hathaway, but especially to Barb Boyer.
